You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) for any Booking; and (ii) the information you provide is accurate, true, and complete.
Inquiries, updates, and important information regarding your booking will be communicated to you by Wild Trackers Adventures. We are committed to maintaining open, responsive communication and will provide timely updates on all aspects of your adventure with us.
If you wish to book any of our safari, trekking, or Zanzibar vacation services, you may need to supply certain information as outlined above. We may use third-party services to process payments securely and complete Bookings. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Wild Trackers Adventures to share this information with these third parties, following our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at any time due to service availability, inaccuracies in service descriptions, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. In such cases, we will communicate with you to address the situation.
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions offered by Wild Trackers Adventures may have their own rules and conditions. Please review these rules, as they are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and our general terms, the promotion terms will apply.
Refunds may be issued in accordance with our policies and must be requested within 30 days of the original booking date. For any concerns, please reach out to our team.
Our services allow you to post or share content related to your experiences. By sharing content on our platforms, you represent that: (i) you own the content or have the rights to share it, and (ii) posting does not infringe on the rights of others. You retain ownership of your content but grant Wild Trackers Adventures a license to use, display, and distribute it.
Wild Trackers Adventures reserves the right to monitor and edit any content shared by users and to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content shared through our service infringes on copyrights, please notify us with a “Copyright Infringement” subject line, including specific details of the alleged infringement.
